Meet our Co-Founder & CEO of RKG Innovative Care, Kelly G.  Kelly is also known as our RKG Beauty Boss. She is the lead consultant for our clients who are looking for their ideal Plastic Surgeon in the United States. Kelly has over 20 years of extensive in office experience, particularly private practice. She has behind the scenes experience in the OR, consultations, preops, post ops, & managing multi million dollar practices.

She started her career as a surgical tech working with some of the most world renowned surgeons. She grew a passion for skin cancer prevention as well as learning every aspect of running a private practice that incorporated dermatologists, dermatopathologists, & plastic surgeons. She then moved onto practice management where she developed contagious practice culture, while growing the business, and reducing overhead. She firmly believes in investing in your people to grow the business and making each patient's experience a VIP experience.

Having ran multi-million dollar practices, Kelly realized during her career that each patient is different and requires different things in order to achieve their own personal goals. At times finding a surgeon is a challenge. Relying on social media or physician reviews are not always the best way to choose your physician.
